擼力同心，譜寫新篇

  2022年9月1日下午，董事長古小平召集公司高層干部召開組織機構調整的思想動員會議。
  會議開始，由人力資源&行政總監萬如斌發布組織結構優化調整的通知，即成立“一辦、五心、兩部”的總部管理架構、成立審計監察部；并代為宣讀關于華維任命總經理的決定：根據公司業務發展戰略，為順應公司業務轉型發展的組織管理要求，經公司董事會研究決定，聘請劉雪冰先生為華維總經理，全權負責公司日常運營工作。



  緊接著，舉行了頒發總經理聘任書和經營管理目標責任書的簽約儀式。

  劉總表示古董對其的認可、信任與支持予以由衷感謝，下一步將會在組織架構的調整優化、流程再造、管理制度入模、企業文化重塑、解決現有存量和新項目這幾大板塊上作出重要的調整和部署，在各中心各部門的通力配合協作下，讓公司的管理水平、運作效率、團隊建設均有所提升；并希望在今后的工作中高效互動、對外有競爭力，使企業能夠成為一個讓社會尊重，讓員工幸福的企業。


 
  古董對會議進行總結致詞：面對當前不確定的環境與形式，公司組織架構的優化調整及總經理的任命正當其時，望日后以劉總為首的運營團隊有明確的運營方針、思路，同時華維全體同仁應全力配合劉總，同頻共振，齊心協力，以大局為出發點，將各項工作落到實處。
 

 
  會議最后，古總提出了用人原則及規章制度之重的管理思想，并對華維下一步重點工作作出最高指示。
